OFFER DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about gastronomy and want to join the kitchens of a five-star hotel? If you're committed to seasonal cuisine and local producers, then you're the trainee we're looking for!

Reporting to the Chef de partie or Second de cuisine, the trainee will be responsible for some of the production and preparation in the kitchen.

HIS/HER TASKS WILL INCLUDE

  • Preparing simple dishes and mise en place
  • Dressing and serving the various dishes
  • Cleaning the kitchen, equipment and utensils
  • Complying with hygiene and safety standards.
