Guest Relation (M/F)
DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER
The Guest Relation is the privileged contact and must become indispensable to the customer during their stay. He/she ensures that the hotel's quality standards are met: the welcome, the room, the services, the meals, everything must be perfect down to the smallest detail. He/she proactively manages the VIP guest experience (welcome, anticipating needs, etc.).
Every day, the Guest Experience coordinator will check in with the teams to pass on customer feedback. Highly attentive to customer feedback, he/she is constantly seeking to improve and develop the hotel's services in order to offer customers an unforgettable experience.
YOUR ROLE
- Proactively manage the customer experience (welcome, anticipate needs, etc.).
- Check reservations and customer profiles in advance (rehearsals, anniversaries, honeymoons, etc.).
- Build up and enhance a database of customer information (preferences, habits, important dates/names, etc.).
- Defining the right treatment for each customer.
- Handling customer relations (greeting customers on arrival and departure, touring the hotel).
- Updating the customer CARDEX.
- Invite guests to leave a comment on Trip Advisor.
- Checking and following up on room amenities and other requests.
- Keeping in constant contact with the various departments to clarify customers' needs.
- Providing feedback to management, monitoring customer comments, filling in progress sheets on sticking points and preparing arrivals with the other teams.
- Deliver personalised greetings.
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Professional attitudes, behaviour and presentation (teamwork skills, autonomy, dynamism, honesty, versatility, sense of initiative, organisational skills, sense of luxury and generosity, welcoming manner, etc.).
- Diplomacy, responsiveness and curiosity about different lifestyles and cultures.
- Knowledge of French and English. Fluency in other languages would be an asset.
- Knowledge of the tourism sector and customer needs.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
