Would you like to work in a luxury hotel on a human scale, with a committed, dynamic and professional team?
Asa supervisor, you'll be in charge of customers in the dining room, as well as service staff, placing customer and supplier orders, working independently, shift management, coordinating events and banquets, closing the till, etc.
Our Café 52 restaurant is committed to a cuisine that promotes well-being, while respecting the environment by working with responsible producers, using short distribution channels and favouring organic produce.
Café 52 is a balanced, seasonal concept, guided by a love of produce and the right flavour.
As the seasons change, we offer a wide range of vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free options, in recipes that are healthy but never devoid of pleasure, and that change regularly!
