JOB DESCRIPTION

You will report to the Restaurant Supervisor and Manager, who will train you, support you and develop your knowledge of the business and your know-how.
- Take part in setting up and clearing away in the restaurant, bar, banqueting and room service
- Assisting the head waiters with food and beverage service
- Liaise between the kitchen and the restaurant
- Assisting the head waiters to facilitate the opening/closing of the restaurant
- Maintain the premises and equipment in good working order
- Keep the equipment supplied to the restaurant, bar and room-service constantly supplied
- Checking and maintaining stock levels and configurations from the start to the end of service
- Liaising between the commissary and the restaurant
