JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your main role will be to welcome guests and ensure that their stay runs smoothly.
YOUR MISSIONS :
- ensure that our customers are welcomed and satisfied throughout their stay
- check in and check out guests and collect their money
- manage and deal with customer complaints/challenges
- handle all customer requests during your shift and work with all departments (concierge, catering, housekeeping)

- One or more successful experiences in the luxury hotel industry
- Caring and sociable by nature

- An interest in foreign languages and cultures and you, of course, speak and understand English very well
